Photographer's Note

Even under the rain, the heart of medieval Sarlat retains all its beauties.

The city center, entirely pedestrian, is characterized by a beautiful architectural homogeneity. White stone and lauze or flat tiles roofs cover the houses in a maze of alleys and squares.

To the charm of the city is added a legendary gastronomy: foie gras, duck specialties, figs, truffles, walnuts and sarladaises potatoes are the main specialties of the town.
