Photographer's Note

End of an autumn's day in Grenoble.
This shot is taken from "les trois pucelles", three rock scales at 1450m just over the city, in the Vercors montain.
Grenoble is victim of its own pollution, and therefore is often hidden behind a dense braun cloud. But that day the rain and wind made the air pretty clean, and gave us this nice light.
The montain in the background is Belledonne culminating at 2977m in the "grand Pic de Belledonne" visible in the center. It was getting a nice white snow cover, predicting a wonderfull ski season.
