Photographer's Note

The expression of this "girl" I often pass by when walking along the paths in our sea garden has always reminded me of the little Cosette you know from one of V.Hugo's works.
The "girl" is upset by being stained with graffitti. I have never considered this as art.
So I understand her pretty well. I doubt, "her father", the author of this statue on top of a fountain, had ever had the initial plan to mate his work with graffitti men's.
Graffitti is a sort of social protest, in my modest opinion, and, certainly far from being at the same heights as what might become classic.
When I was a little girl myself, my dad was sent at the feet of the girl to look for worms I needed for my biology lesson the following day:)))
My dad was lucky to find one, he-he.
As to the shot I preferred just to resize and sharpen the shot without changing the original colours.
And when you see a little child pulling sth heavy, don't pretend to be blind, but stir his/her employer. It's ignoble to exploit the work of children, especially in poorer countries, and, even in rich ones when families are poor.
Nice Friday evening.
Hopefully, you'll like it.
