Photographer's Note
Continuing my Flight into San Jose - Cosra Rica Airport, my next impression was to see this Volcano. After consultin I was told this is that this is the highest volcano in Costa Rica: the Irazu. There have been at least 23 eruptions since 1723. The most recent was from 1963 to 1965. It afected cultivated areas, caused at least 40 deaths, and destroyed 400 houses and some factories. Nowdays it is dormant.
Costa Rica is located in the so called Fire Belt of the Pacific, it has 112 volcanos from which about 10 have some activity. In their majority are covered by vegetation and forest.
Location obtained from National Geophysical Data Center.

Hola Rolf,
El punto de vista es muy bonito y has caputrado muy bien la grandeza de esta maravilla de la naturaleza. Creo que para compenzar la luz fuerte y la exposicion, deberias de jugar con los niveles en photoshop para enruiqeucer los colores
Saludos
Daniel
