Hello TE

We returned from snorkeling at Kapalai island to this side of village at Mabul and the star-fish and corals show up at water bed below, as seen from this shot from the boat. As the water tide drew down, at far left, some villages waded into the water doing their daily routine search.

Boats are essential part of their daily lives, and for this reason, most of village houses are built at the edge of water, and in some instances, over the water. The beauty of shooting photography in this part of the village is you can avoid some overhead wires, although in some villages provided with diesel generators, they pull wires from house to house across coconut palm trunks (no poles).
