Photographer's Note

since it's the trekearth anniversary, i'm posting a photograph from a place where no foreigner will be allowed to go( atleast for some time) and not too many indian will want to go to.
this is in the northeastern region of india, near the indo-chinese border. this is by far the most beautiful region of india, most of which is still untouched by the putside world and there are a lot of things, places and people not yet discovered here. however this region is engulfed in some kind of turmoil or the other most of the times and so nobody wants to go here. this is also the most underdeveloped region of india and so it's quite tough to travel around over here. there are a lot of places where foregeigners can travl , but some places are restricted, such as the one above. this is an informal portrait of some very young buddhist monks in tawang monastery. they hwere just coming back from their classes and were more than happy to be in front of the camera. my eyes went straight to the 4th boy from the left who has his hands near his neck.
hope you guys like it
