In the square before the Great Hall of the People in Chongqing what better to do than dance the morning away...no one is interested anyway....too busy with their Tai-Chi or sword play or dances of their own....it looks like an abandoned stage but the image does not reveal the hundreds of others honing their practice to perfection!

hello Kev,
ncie to see you posting again. The dancers gliding action does look like that of ice skaters.Theline of the girl takes a diagonal that works well compositionally.I wonder what dance this was? certainly not a waltz as the man's leg sticks out at an eccentric angle.This works well in b & w.

Hi Kev, Impressive photo of this dancing couple lonely on the huge square. It looks like an ice skating. Interesting composition. Well done. I was astonished when I heard that over 30 million people leave in the area of Chongqing.

Good timing, catching not only their graceful movements but the serious, concentrated expression of the dancer. Lest he put a foot wrong.

Hello Kev,
I agree with others critiqes that a dancing couple looks more as ice dancers. I don't know what dance they are dancig but look interesting. You shot this picture in the right moment.
