Photographer's Note

My guide said me we would visit "Chinatown" and I asked her: Isn't each Chinese town a real China Town ? In fact the nickname is used for the most tourist area of Nanjing, where visitors can buy strange typical foods and gifts and see some attractions.
Here we can see a shop selling the famous Beijing Ducks, there are others selling tongues of duck in sticks or cooked hens kept inside dry clay, etc.

Minha guia me disse que visitarνamos "ChinaTown", achei estranho e disse a ela, rindo: Mas todas as cidades da China sγo China Towns! Ela entγo me disse que havia uma parte da cidade apelidada desse jeito pois era o local onde os visitantes podiam comprar comidas estranhas, bem como lembranηas e ainda visitar algumas atraηυes.
Vemos aqui uma loja vendendo os famosos "Patos de Pequim", na αrea havia ainda lojas vendendo lνnguas de pato no espeto e frangos cozidos dentro de bolas de barro seco, etc.
