les bediks, Bassaris, demeurent fidles aux coutumes de leurs lointains anctres et habitent dans les villages les plus inaccessibles du pays.
La caractristique de cette ethnie est que les noms commencent tous par "B".

Les Bassaris pratiquent la culture (mas, mil), la cueillette et la chasse.

Leur vie est rythme par le travail au champ et les corves : La corve est organise par le propritaire dun champ, qui demande aux habitants de laider le cultiver. A la fin de celle-ci, il y a une veille qui donne lieu beaucoup de chants et de danses, le tout gnreusement arros de bire de mil.

They remain faithful to the traditions of their distances ancestors and live in the most inaccessible villages of the country.

The characteristic of this ethnos group is that the names begin all with "B". Bassaris, Bedik, practise the culture (corn, millet), the gathering and hunting. Their life is by work with the field and the drudgeries: The drudgery is organized by the owner of a field, which requires of the inhabitants to help it to cultivate it.

With the end of this one, it took care there one which gives place to many songs and dances, the liberally sprinkled beer whole of millet.
