Photographer's Note

Somewhere, in the Sahara, Between Laghouat and Ghardaia, the well maker and his camel (in fact a dromedary).
In the "sand storm in the desert" serie, after the polaroids of Morroco, and before the pictures of Tunisia, here come the "old postcards" from Algeria.
Too noisy, unsharpen, fading of the colours! What a pity on a site so "technical" as TE! The negatives lost, they are old prints, scanned and post producted. Anyway I post them because I think they have a certain spell, and because they reflect a sumptuous country, Algeria.
Be indulgent, and consider-them as ancient postcards, survivors of time, wind, and sand....
