Great emka 2019-01-18 6:36

hello Gert,

Who can help with the trees or vegetables if not Malgo? The vegetables here are: on the right side: aubergines, it is clear; down on the left: “tree tomatoes” or tamarillos. Like a tomato, the tamarillo is a member of the nightshade family. Yellow ones have an especially luscious sweet-tart flavor which takes well to traditional Bhutanese seasonings. On the left up: the crow’s beak is a light green vegetable pod, hollow inside, that tastes a bit like a green bean. Nice scene from the market. Nice smiling woman in the traditional dress.

Kind regrads Malgo

Default To emka: taste

Thank you Malgo,
But how do you know what "takes well to traditional Bhutanese seasoning". You have never eaten Bhutanese food, I presume.
Regards,
Gert
