Nice shot Paul;

I like how the horizon lies on the third of the frame and the focal spire also lies on the vertical third. Making for a dynamic shot. The polariser (guessing) has afforded you a really nice deep blue in the sky, however I think you might have lost a bit of detail in the shadows there.

Overall a nice shot mate.

Dude to clarify your guessing I did not use any polarizer filter at all. The bright deep colors in the sky are from the morning sunlight. Notice the angle of the sunlight on the Quay for deep red tones. The fact that the tug boats are a little too dark for clarity detail is correct. I will give you that credit in your helpful critique. Thanks Dan.
