Great pboehringer 2007-01-21 13:45

Hi Susanna, once upon a time when I lived in Switzerland I had my home very nearby this ruin. Still today when I visit friends in the area I always take some time to go to this place. The overview is indeed marvelous. You got an excellent wide-angle shot here portraying the 2nd entrance and the tower. Good that you got some one up there on the tower. It gives a good reference. Do you have also pictures of the other ruins nearby (Aesch, Dornach, Arlesheim, Muenchenstein)?
TFS, Peter

Default To pboehringer: Other local ruins

Hi Peter
Thanks for your nice comments. Although I have visited most of the local ruins at some point and have taken some snapshots, most of them are not good enough for posting on TE. Usually if I am out hiking with friends I don't spend enough time getting really good shots, but maybe it will be a project for this year to photograph more local ruins :-)

Ciao Susanna,
That is what I would do if still living in Arlesheim ...
Looking forward!
Adieu, Peter
