Default To AthaPan: DRI method?

Hello Sakis. Thanks for passing by! Well, to be honest: I have no idea what the DRI method is. So the answer is probably: no. But you make me very curious... Could you please explain what DRI is? Thanks!

combining several exposures, under- over- and normal- exposed pictures in order to have each part of the picture well exposed.

Dkeus already explained.

Under- over- and normal exposed photo (always from same position) combining into one....

BUt actually, with my D70 I never got so clean, means noiseless, results at night.
Did you neat this image???

All the best
Sakis

Hello Sakis.

No, it did not use any postprocessing to reduce noise. It's simply the combination of ISO200 with the mentioned exposure settings (F13 and 26 secs) that gave this result. I guess the D70 is even better than you already thought, haha!

Best wishes, Michael
