To holmertz: photos in museums

• Hello Gert,
you are right and I agree, and considering the rules of TE it should be the only way for contributions. Everything else you can look up at wikipedia.
Thanks for writing!

Exactly!
Ah! It is nice to see at least one person understanding why photos of Artwork - especially the mostly tightly framed ones - should not be posted on TE because it does not show the photographer’s skills, it is just a reproduction of an Artwork. And as you said, Elvira, we all can find this googling internet...
At the other side, a photo like yours, showing the interaction Art / public, is definitely a great one, thank you so much for giving your thoughts about it...

Have a wonderful time these last days of 2018 and enjoy a Healthy & Peaceful New Year!

but don't forget Gert deserves part of the praise, I only answered to his comment!
GERT: I think that is basically the only decent way to take photos in museums, at least if you want to show them to others. Keeping the photos just as personal souvenirs is of course a different matter.
Of course Elvira, and I hope Gert will forgive me... He wrote exactly what I had in mind but i forgot to include his comment. Ooooops! Those busy but cosy Christmas Days!
