Default Minolta Vs. Nikon Vs Canon

Hi everyone.. I'm a fan of taking photos using my digital camera, however I'm interested in getting into the Manual (film) world of photography. I just can't make my choice between three cameras I could buy.. Can some one here advice on which one the best is so I can take really nice pics and learn? I know the most important element is the photographer (he can improve though). My options are:

1. Minolta srt 201 / Rokkor 1:1.4 50mm

2. Nikon N6006 (I believe it's also known as F601) / Quantaray 35-80mm 4-5.6

3. Canon EOS 1000F (NOT FN but just 1000F) / 1:4-5.6 35-80mm

I will appreciate your comments.

Thanks.

I still have a Minolta X700 which is a good camera, the SRT201 is an older model.
