Great DrorAngkor 2005-02-27 5:15

Interesting scene with a lot of potential.
Personally I think the shot should have been taken horizontally ...
Rice planting is the hardest manual work there is ... The subject is the woman and her hard physical labor, the house in the background is too far and only distracts the eye from the tremendous effort this woman has to do to feed her familly ...

The water in the canal in the foreground also distracts ...

Don't get me wrong I like this photo and subject a lot , but I have posted a WS - CROPPED and enhanced contrast and colors a bit.

Default To Hanssie: tourists!

Hi dear Hans!

Thanks for your kind words.
the garden in the shot is always busy, always!!!
and full of people and tourists,I was a bit lucky in that day,it was a day before a traditional religion day in Iran and it's a sad day for all of the people in Iran, and it could be a reason for it in the shot, ofcourse, there were a lot of people in that day in the garden, but not as busy as the others day.

Also I was/am very patient in photography and almost in my life:))
I was waiting, min by min to captured it without people!

About another question,it was not a palace, but was a very important for kings before, and was private just for kings and their families, the "Fin" garden has seen a lot of historic happening in itself, and the people study those stories with many interests.

Thanks,dear Hans!
