Poits are not adding correctly on two of my pictures :
http://beta.trekearth.com/gallery/photo1339398.htm I should have 38 pts instead of 36.
http://beta.trekearth.com/gallery/photo1354201.htm. I should have 12 pts instead of 8.
Thank you for seeing into this.
Marie-Louise Davies.

These lost points follow a very clear pattern, as far as I can see. Members josepmarin and lousat are among those whose critiques for strange reasons don't produce points for each particular photo. I have also noted danos, sacavem, leo61 on top of those I reported recently. Most likely there are many others.

I might add that maloutim also seems to be among the "disabled" members whose critiques are not registered. It could obviously happen to anyone. The totals are however still summed up correctly each day.

Tue, after Delpeoples has critiqued my photo http://beta.trekearth.com/gallery/photo1354201.htm, the points have added up correctly.
But josepmarin's critique on my photo 181 http://beta.trekearth.com/gallery/photo1339398.htm hasn't given it any points.

There seems to be a very small list of affected users -- probably not limited to the above, but definitely a small subset of TE users.

In order to make it worthwhile to troubleshoot this issue further, as it is both small in scope as well as nearly trivial in effect, we need to find commonalities between these users.

If you are one of these users, please list:

browser type
browser version #
any plugins you are using (ad blockers, etc)
time zone
when you normally post/critique
anything else pertinent you can think of

Thank you,

Paul

This is an update March 27th/2012. My request above has been ignored. The earned 2 points haven't been added.
What does it take to add 2 points, I ask? Janos

It takes the technical issue to be fixed, which we're all working on. Points are not added manually. If they were, then when the issue was fixed, you'd have too many points.

--My browser is Mozilla Firefox.
--Browser version : 11.0
--I use Adblock+
--Time zone : French time
--I may post critiques at any time between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m, but not much in the afternoon.
--Operating system : Windows XP
--F-secure Internet security 2011
--I use Beta Trekearth whenever possible.
--I also had to re-register on March 19th after an absence of over 2 months. It's after this re-registration that the problem occurred, but I don't know if the two are linked.
