can't write critiques

Since about 12.30 Californian time today I can't write critiques. I click at "add" but nothing happens. I notice that papagolf21 reported the same problem already several hours before it happened to me. Please can someone take a look at this before the weekend.

I've just successfully posted a critique. Approx 11am UK time Saturday 11/11/17. Hopefully the problem has been resolved or possibly just gone away.
