Please help me to activate my original account
 
Last week when I tried to sign I got the following message:

"Invalid sign-in. Please sign in again. If you have not logged in recently,
you will have to do a password reset using the Forgot password link below."

I have not forgotten my password. But as nothing else worked I clicked "Forgot Password" button to ask a new one. The answer was:

"This email address is not associated with any TrekEarth account."

Please send a reset password of my original account ktanska to the email address I have informed (Perhaps the one in TE files is an outdated old work email).
I have even uploaded one photo with this temporary account to reassure I'm the same guy. No one really could have one that is so close to 'Hole in the wall'!

Hi,
No I have not received password reminder. Are you sure you sent it to email associated to username ktanskane? The email associated to username ktanska is probably old work email and I have no longer access to it.

Hi,
I got an an email with title 'Your new password for the TrekEarth Forums'
for username ktanska and with a new password.
However the password on it did not work. I still couldn't sign in. Again I clicked "Forgot Password" button to ask for a new one. Again the answer was:

"This email address is not associated with any TrekEarth account."

Did you assign the new email address to my original account profile before sending the password changing message? Could you please check what is going on.

Kari, what happens if you go to the forums first and sign in from here? Do NOT sign in on the TE homepage.

If I try to sign in from the Forums page, nothing happens. Not even an error message. If you check whether profile of ktanska has has the new email and then send the password reset, and then I try to sign in again on Forums page?

Hi Joel you should fitst edit Kari’s profile page and change his old email address... I tried yesterday, I could go to edit, then change the mail address but my mod tool didn’t work. It gave an “ invalid query 2 “ mention.
